What is an enterprise fax server?
An enterprise fax server is software that runs inside your own network and connects to telephone lines through fax boards. It centralises fax sending and receiving, the job queue, the fax lines themselves, user permissions and the resulting documents.
Nobody has to walk to a fax machine or file paper confirmations. Staff upload a file in the browser to send it, and incoming faxes are archived automatically and delivered to the right inbox.

Smart routing
Incoming faxes find their own recipient
The expensive part of receiving faxes is not the receiving — it is working out who each page belongs to. The system reads QR codes, barcodes and text, then routes on your rules.
Route by QR code
Reads QR codes anywhere on any page and delivers by code content. Supports QR Code, Data Matrix, Aztec and PDF417.
Route by barcode
For documents that already carry barcodes and cannot be redesigned. Supports Code 128, Code 39, ITF, EAN and UPC.
OCR text recognition
Local OCR reads the fax body for keyword routing and feeds a full-text index, so old faxes can be found by content.
